Compassion is a choice.

Being compassionate is not easy always. Compassion is a conscious choice you make every second in your life. When you are doing good in life and you are not facing any problem yourself, then there’s more option that you can be compassionate.
when we are already struggling with problem, all our energy will be spend in overcoming that. Do you think you will have time to show empathy and be compassionate?
But wouldn’t you be happy when someone show us compassion when we are suffering? Everyone can have this expectation, can we put small effort to bring relief to someone? I agree we may not solve their problem, but we can understand their problem and give them listening ears. Its actually win-win for both. You will get compassion from them in turn. No need to wait for someone outside to lift you up, we can hold hands of fellow person going through same situation and rise together.

Be a saviour

We are almost at the end of the year. When we look back, this year seems very weird, many unexpected things due to pandemic to many people. For a second, Let’s assume someone was in a very difficult situation in life. They desperately needed help but even after trying a lot, they didn’t get any.

But somehow there was a ray of hope. Someone came as a saviour to lend a helping hand without a second thought. It might not be a big thing for them. But that help was very priceless to those who got it. Nothing can compensate for that help in a difficult time. When we close our eyes and feel the warmth of humanity, Shall we pledge to pass on the help to someone else in need? Needless to say, When you donate blood, you save life of someone in need. Let’s bring peace of mind to the suffering person by taking a small step from our end. Be a donor, Be a saviour.
