When past seems to hurt,
future seems uncertain, hold
on the present firm!

It hurts

It hurts when you have to make
everyone happy even when you are not,
It hurts when you have to justify
things even when you are right,
It hurts when your efforts are
gone unnoticed,
It hurts when your sacrifice never
ever been acknowledged,
It hurts when being good
never made any difference,
It hurts when things go out of hand
even after trying so hard,
It hurts when you try to act as
grown-up but being mocked.
It just hurts when your wish is
blurred by things in the name of duty!

Dear past

Dear past,

You know how special you were to be when you were my present, I have laughed a lot , at the same time cried a bit with you.  I have achieved but also failed sometimes. I don’t think about those laughs and success   all the time now, In the same way don’t expect me to stick to my cries and failures.  I am matured enough to be humble with success, Don’t you think I am matured enough to forget my failures?

You are so cruel sometimes, in my sadness you remind me of my failures and shortcoming backing up with lot of facts. Only If you could just do the reverse, Reminding me of my success when I am sad. I would have kept those memories with gratefulness.

Sometimes people say ability to forget is a boon. I also believe that now. I don’t want to add your burden by making the present the regretful past in future. I have moved on, I have started working with present to make it better tomorrow. you also move on , be bold enough to let go of all your sorrows.I have no grudge on you, I wish you also don’t have any. Don’t burden yourself by keeping all those memories, Just let go of hurt,tears and failures. Keep it light with happy carefree laugh and success. I am planning to add the same to you from now on. Present and future is having more faith on you, Because you made me who I am today and you will make me more strong than today.

I am hurt

“I am hurt”

We hear this statement. May be others might have said this and we would have provided them consolations. But how many of you ever acknowledged your own heart whispers this ?

When we are hurt , we either try to distract ourself with some other activity and avoid thinking about it, we simply lock up the feelings. But Does that reduce the hurt or help it in any way ?

Face the feelings, find the root cause of it and solve it. That’s one and only way to reduce your hurt. Don’t act like strong, If you are hurt , accept it, acknowledge it. It is nothing to be feel guilty about, everyone is hurt now and then.

Main thing is finding out why were we hurt. It is always Because of only one person in this world. Come on , Guess!

You are hurt because of you alone!  No one else.

Don’t you agree ? But Let me tell you few example.

You like someone, you give all your attention, care them endlessly and mistakenly except the same from them and get hurt when it is not given. Why would they do that ? For them to give you attention or to care for you , they should also like you and value you.

Now whose problem is this ?

They did not ask you to show that care or affection or attention, they are happy to be left alone, now if you let them take you for granted, let them play with your feelings, you will obviously get hurt. You indirectly hurted yourself. I am not saying stay alone in some island, Keep people around you. Show your feelings. If you get the hint that they does not care , Accept it , because you can’t force someone to be with you. By doing it, you may be irritating them or belitting your feelings for them.

People can say anything or do anything. It is definitely not in our hand to stop them or to make them understand, But one thing is surely in our hand, to keep ourself safe from all this sufferings. Now Do onething, keep your guard high, Don’t let anyone who don’t know the value of you , waste even single second of your life. I repeat not even SINGLE SECOND.
